We are currently in search of an Administrative Assistant for an Association. The position is based in downtown Chicago, IL. This is a Part-time/Temporary assignment.

POSITION TITLE: Administrative Assistant
Our Ideal Candidate:
- 2 years of prior administrative/membership experience required
- Prior experience working in an association or nonprofit setting preferred
- Adaptable to changing work environments
- Prior database experience and knowledge of PC programs
- Highly organized
- Able to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision
How You Will Spend Your Day:
- Take credit card payments over the phone
- Data entry and data management
- Update constituents information in database
- Point of contact for inquires
- Answer call and e-mails
- Direct calls and e-mails
- Other duties as assigned
