We are currently in search of an Administrative Assistant for an Environmental Advocacy Organization. The position is based in Washington, DC. This is a part-time, temporary assignment.
ORGANIZATION TYPE: Environmental Advocacy Organization
LOCATION: Washington, DC
POSITION TITLE: Administrative Assistant
SCHEDULE: 20 hours/week; 2 weeks
HOURLY PAY: $15.00 – $16.00/hour
Is This Your Dream Job? The Administrative Assistant will help the team prepare for their annual conference. Small, collaborative office space working to promote environmental causes within cities.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- At least 1 year of experience in office setting
- Ability to create colorful, creative and clear PowerPoint presentations
- Available immediately
How You Will Spend Your Day:
- Enter data in Salesforce and Excel
- Create PowerPoint presentations
- Additional support as needed
