We are currently in search of a Recruiter for an Association. The position is Remote. This is a full-time, temporary assignment.

 

ORGANIZATION TYPE: Association

LOCATION: Remote

POSITION TITLE: Recruiter

DURATION: Temporary (~3 months)

SCHEDULE: 40 hours/week

HOURLY PAY: $24.00 – $26.00

 

Is This Your Dream Job? The Recruiter will assist a growing association with recruitment for 20+ roles over the next 3 months. This person will work closely with the Director of HR and another Recruiter to help screen candidates, set up interviews with hiring managers and managing the screening process up to the offer stage. Candidates will be active applicants from job boards/referrals with no headhunting required.

 

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • 1+ year of nonprofit recruitment experience required, association experience a plus
  • Prior experience recruiting for mid-level and executive roles required
  • Experience utilizing ADP, Workday or similar ATS required
  • Must have excellent communication skills and enjoy moving searches along quickly
  • Must also be very detail oriented and able to maintain consistent and clear use of the ATS system

 

How You Will Spend Your Day:

  • Manage recruitment process for 4-6 open jobs at a time
  • Assist in posting job descriptions to existing job platforms and paid boards
  • Screen applicant resumes and qualifications
  • Conduct first round interviews, based on previously agreed upon questions to assess qualifications
  • Work with hiring managers on scheduling interviews
  • Receive feedback from hiring managers on applicants and adjust search parameters as necessary
  • Keep candidates engaged throughout the interview process, maintaining a high level of responsiveness
  • At offer stage, loop HR Director and CEO back in for final negotiations
