Careers In Nonprofits successfully matches candidates who are seeking permanent placements with nonprofit organizations that are seeking long-term, dedicated nonprofit professionals who can see their vision. We are busy working on permanent placements every day.
We work with our clients to identify their specific permanent staffing needs, and we look for candidates whose goals and backgrounds closely align with our clients' needs.
Recruiters will invite in a larger group of candidates to interview for any given position. From that group, recruiters will submit a smaller group of the most qualified candidates for our client's review.
From there, we work with our clients to help set up interviews. We conduct thorough reference checks of at least three previous supervisors. We will collect writing, marketing, or other samples as needed and pass them along for client review. We will assist up to and past the point of an offer, happily answering questions or addressing any concerns from clients and candidates. |
