We are currently in search of an Administrative Assistant for an Humanitarian Organization. The position is based in Washington, DC. This is a part-time, temporary assignment.
ORGANIZATION TYPE: Humanitarian Organization
LOCATION: Washington, DC
POSITION TITLE: Administrative Assistant
DURATION: Approx. 1 months
SCHEUDLE: Part-time (20 hours/week)
HOURLY PAY: $14.00 – $16.00/hour
Is This Your Dream Job? This candidate will help maintain orderly workplace. This candidate will be trustworthy, dependable, and independent. The candidate will perform basic office duties such as, answering phones, greeting guests, and buying office supplies.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- 1 year of experience
- MS Office Suite & Outlook
- Deposit, scan, and file donations
- Reliable, trustworthy, punctual
- Willing to run errands for office
How You Will Spend Your Day:
- Answer phones, make copies, filing, restock and buy needed office supplies
- Additional duties as assigned
