We are currently in search of an Administrative Assistant for Careers in Nonprofits. The position is based in Chicago, IL.

LOCATION: Chicago, IL (Downtown Loop)
POSITION TITLE: Administrative Assistant
DURATION: Temporary, On – going
HOURLY PAY: $12.00 – $14.00/hour
Is This Your Dream Job? Careers in Nonprofits is looking for an administrative professional to support their growing temporary division. This person will be managing office tasks including filing, data entry, phone screening, etc. This is a great opportunity for someone who is currently unemployed and looking to start a new position ASAP.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- 1+ years of administrative or internship experience preferred
- Prior experience with MS Office Suite required
- Experience with donor databases or accounting software a huge plus
- Ability to juggle multiple projects required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable, team player with a passion for mission-driven work
