We are currently in search of an AR Specialist for a Foundation.
ORGANIZATION: Foundation
LOCATION: Evanston, IL
POSITION TITLE: AR Specialist
DURATION: Temporary
SCHEUDLE: Part-Time (20 hours/week)
HOURLY PAY: $16.00 – $18.00/hour
Is This Your Dream Job? We are looking for a part-time AR Specialist to assist the Director of Finance and Administration. This role will assist the foundation in donation processing, and in proving administrative financial support.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
- 2 + years’ experience in Accounts Receivable
- Experience with processing donations
- Experience in using Raiser’s Edge, ImportOmatic, preferred
- Prior experience working with invoices, and reconciliations
- Background in banking, preferred
- Detail orientated, with a strong work ethic
- Strong written and verbal communication
