We are currently in search of a Data Assistant for a Healthcare Association. The position is based in Bethesda, MD. This is a part-time, temporary assignment.
ORGANIZATION TYPE: Healthcare Association
LOCATION: Bethesda, MD
POSITION TITLE: Data Assistant
DURATION: Temporary (~6 weeks)
SCHEDULE: 10am-4pm; 3 days/week
HOURLY PAY: $15.00 – $16.00/hour
Is This Your Dream Job? This position will provide programmatic support for a large healthcare association by compiling registration lists from a 3-year project.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of data entry or administrative experience
- Must have impeccable attention to detail
- Experience with Excel and Access required
How You Will Spend Your Day:
- Enter data into Excel and Access from ongoing project
- Compile lists from a backlog of data
- Organize data so that information is easy to find
- Create reports as needed
