We are currently in search of a Development Coordinator for a Social Service nonprofit. The position is based in San Francisco, CA. This is a Temp to Perm assignment.

POSITION TITLE: Development Coordinator
DURATION: Temp to Perm
SALARY: $16.50-19.50/hour
Is This Your Dream Job? As the Development Coordinator, you will be planning and executing events, keeping track of the finances, assist in overseeing fundraising activities and recording donations for nonprofit organizations. Also, you will manage meetings and be supervising the staff. You will be responsible creating a long-term plan, maintaining donor relationships, securing new donors, organizing events, and monitoring data.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- 1-3 years of event development experience
- Capable of handling basic administration work
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Database maintenance experience preferred
- Donor Perfect experience preferred
How You Will Spend Your Day:
- Organize capital campaign strategy and execution, setting communication and funding goals.
- Working with a team to advertise and market fundraising events
- Managing communications between donors, staff and Board of Directors
- Supporting the Director in fundraising efforts
- Maintaining calendar of upcoming applications and reporting deadlines
- Database maintenance, including updating online donation page
