Do you have experience in direct mail fundraising?

We are currently in search of a Direct Mail Fundraising Admin for an Education Institution. The position is based in Blue Island, Chicago, IL. This is a temp-to-perm, part-time assignment.

Is This Your Dream Job? We are looking for an administrative assistant for our nonprofit direct mail program. Candidate MUST be very proficient in Word, especially mail merges, and in Excel. The position is 6 hours per day, 5 days per week. Prior experience required.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • 3+ Years of Direct Mail Experience
  • Associate/ Bachelor Degree Preferred
  • Expert in Microsoft Office (Specifically Word + Excel)
  • Faith-based Organization
