We are currently in search of a Financial Aid Processor for an Education Association. The position is based in Chicago, IL. This is a part-time, temporary assignment.
ORGANIZATION TYPE: Education Association
LOCATION: Chicago, IL
POSITION TITLE: Financial Aid Processor
DURATION: Temporary
SCHEDULE: Part-Time (15-20 hours/week)
HOURLY PAY: $17.00/hour
Is This Your Dream Job? This Financial Aid Processor reports to the V.P. of Finance of Operations and President. This person will have 3-5 years experience in processing financial aid, coordinate federal aid requests, student intake, and allocating funds. Experience in Word and Excel. This person will be personable, hospitable, and time efficient. This is in on site and remote, low contact role, looking to get someone started ASAP.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- High School Diploma required
- 3-5 years of Financial Aid experience
- Previous experience in MS Office Suite required
- Prior experience working in federal aid and compliance a plus
- Experience with data entry a plus
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects at once
- Strong written and verbal communication
