We are currently in search of a Minutes Writer for a Healthcare Association. The position is based in Bethesda, MD. This is a full-time, temporary assignment.
ORGANIZATION TYPE: Healthcare Association
LOCATION: Bethesda, MD
POSITION TITLE: Minutes Writer
DURATION: Temporary (~3 months)
SCHEDULE: 40 hours/week
HOURLY PAY: $14.00 – $15.00/hour
Is This Your Dream Job? Fast paced-office environment, working in the health center space looking for a strong writer with excellent organizational skills to take minutes in daily meetings. This person will distribute notes to other staff members and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- BA degree a plus
- Experience taking minutes for meetings required
- Very organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient with Microsoft Word
- Familiarity with community health centers greatly preferred
How You Will Spend Your Day:
- Taking minutes for meetings daily, sometimes multiple times a day
- Synthesizing information for other staff members
- Distributing meeting notes
- Other administrative work as needed
