Are you experienced in providing Network Support to organizations? Do you have a passion for arts and education? Have you overseen the implementation of servers and software?
We are currently in search of a Network Administrator for an Education Foundation. The position is based in Oakland, CA. This is a Temp To Perm assignment.

LOCATION: Oakland, CA
POSITION TITLE: Network Administrator
SALARY: $36-40/hr
HOURS: 8:30 AM-5:00 PM (M-F)
DURATION: Temp to Perm
Is This Your Dream Job? The network administrator at this organization will implement changes to technology systems during a time of great growth within the office. You will manage and maintain IT equipment, while also liaising to provide IT support in supported offices. You will administer server equipment and user support as needed. You administer software systems and are data minded.
Our Ideal Candidate:
• BS in a Technologically Focused Field
• Advanced in Microsoft Suite, especially Word and Excel
• 3+ years of network administration, or similar field, experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Capable of identifying technology opportunities within an office and implementing updates within those systems
• Well organized, pressure driven and flexible
• Excellent verbal, written and oral communication skills
How You Will Spend Your Day:
• Providing IT support to office team of 30+ members
• Overseeing an office move and all of the associated technology changes
• Ensuring life-cycle maintenance of hardware
• Keeping records of identified problems within the organization to resolve repeat problems
• Setting up employees with access to effective systems
• Leading technology projects to improve overall business process
• Managing and administering network equipment
• Design and develop applications to meet business needs
