We are currently in search of a Bookkeeper for a Consultant Organization. The position is based in Alexandria, VA. This is a full time, temporary assignment.
ORGANIZATION TYPE: Consultant Organization
LOCATION: Alexandria, VA
POSITION TITLE: Bookkeeper
DURATION: Temporary, 3 weeks
SCHEDULE: 35 hours/week
HOURLY PAY: $20.00 – 22.00/hour
Is This Your Dream Job? The bookkeeper will report to the CFO and assist her in all bookkeeping duties. This person will do all of the payroll filing, data entry in Account Edge, input invoices and run checks. The bookkeeper will also assist the CFO in a bookkeeping project.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years of full cycle bookkeeping experience, required
- Nonprofit or Construction background, preferred
- Proficiency in Quickbooks, preferred
How You Will Spend Your Day:
- Conduct all payroll filling
- Track and input all invoices
- Assist the CFO in a project involving past books
- Data entry in Account Edge
