We are currently in search of a Box Office Assistant for a Theater. The position is based in Washington, DC. This is a full-time, temporary assignment.
ORGANIZATION TYPE: Theater
LOCATION: Washington, DC
POSITION TITLE: Box Office Assistant
SCHEDULE: 35 hours/week
HOURLY PAY: $16.00-18.00/hour
Is This Your Dream Job? The Box Office Assistant will be the first point of contact for all customers looking to buy tickets to shows. This person will process ticket sales over the phone and online. They will also be present at the Box Office for their 4 shows this season.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- 1+ year of customer service experience, required
- 1+ year of experience working with Patron Manager preferred; CRM experience required
- Strong attention to detail
How You Will Spend Your Day:
- Fielding all inquires regarding tickets
- Processing all ticket orders, both via phone and online
- Providing top tier customer service to all customers
- Providing support to the Marketing team
- Being at the Box Office for shows
