We are currently in search of a Nonprofit Database Coordinator for a Social Services Organization. This is a part-time temporary position based in Chicago, IL.

LOCATION: Chicago, IL (Lakeview)
POSITION TITLE: Nonprofit Database Coordinator
DURATION: Temporary, Part-Time (10-15hrs/week)
HOURLY PAY: $14.00-$18.00/hour
Is This Your Dream Job? The Database Coordinator upholds the critical role of maintaining the organization’s SalesForce donor database. Working closely with the Director of Development – the Database Coordinator will be doing donor acknowledgements and gift processing. This is a great opportunity for someone who is currently unemployed and looking to start a new position ASAP.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- HS Degree required, BA Degree preferred
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience processing gifts in SalesForce
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Meets commitments and deadlines on a consistent and timely basis
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Sound judgement and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong documentation skills and the ability to organize and prioritize work effectively.
