We are currently in search of a Member Services Assistant for a Museum. The position is based in Washington DC. This is a full-time, temporary assignment.
ORGANIZATION TYPE: Museum
LOCATION: Washington, DC
POSITION TITLE: Member Service Assistant
DURATION: Temporary (~1 year)
SCHEDULE: 40 hours/week
Is This Your Dream Job? This position will support the Advancement Department with membership support including mailings, renewals and customer service.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- At least 3+ years of member support experience required
- Prior museum experience required
- Proficient with Mail Merge required
- High attention to detail
- Customer service including phone/written communication preferred
How You Will Spend Your Day:
- Coordinate all membership mailings using Mail Merge
- Process renewals
- Communicate with members to resolve questions and obtain updated contact information
- Keep information updated in member tracking system
- Other duties as assigned
