We are currently in search of a Nonprofit Scheduling and Events Assistant for an Education Institution. This position is based in Des Plaines, IL. 

ORGANIZATION: Education Institution

LOCATION: Des Plaines, IL

POSITION TITLE: Nonprofit Scheduling and Events Assistant

DURATION: Temporary, Part-time (20-25 hrs/week)

HOURLY PAY: $14.00 – $17.00/hour 

Is This Your Dream Job? The Nonprofit Scheduling and Events Assistant reports to the Campus Events Coordinator and supports all areas of department-wide event-planning, data entry, and event management software. This is a great opportunity for someone who is currently unemployed and looking to start a new position ASAP.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • 2 years’ experience in scheduling and events
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong writing skills and electronic communication
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members
  • Ability to multitask and be detail-oriented
  • Other administrative duties as needed
