We are currently in search of a Raiser’s Edge Administrator for a Social Service Organization. The position is based in Oakland, CA. This is a temp to perm assignment.
ORGANIZATION TYPE: Social Service Organization
LOCATION: San Francisco, CA
POSITION TITLE: Raiser’s Edge Administrator
DURATION: Temp to Perm
HOURS: Part-Time Flexible, two days a week
SALARY: $17.00-$21.00/hr; DOE
Is This Your Dream Job? The Raiser’s Edge Administrator feels comfortable working in development, entering donations into Raiser’s Edge and generating thank you notes for donors. You will complete data entry projects and maintain the Raiser’s Edge database. The organization would like someone in the role who has served as an administrator to Raiser’s Edge with other nonprofits, but certification is not required. You are a strong communicator, team player and solution oriented in everything you do!
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Knowledge of Raiser’s Edge required
- 2-3 years of development and database experience
- BA preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Office Suite
- Articulate and team-oriented personality
- Raiser’s Edge Administrators encouraged to apply!
How You Will Spend Your Day:
- Providing administrative support to the organizations executive staff
- Completing data entry projects, generating reports, filing and organizing records
- Oversee donor correspondence, thank you letters, donor report generation and maintaining mail lists
- Coordinating meetings with Executives and the organizations team
