We are currently in search of a Learning and Development Coordinator at a Nonprofit. The position is based in San Francisco, CA. This is a Temporary assignment.

POSITION TITLE: Learning Department Coordinator

DURATION: Temp

SALARY: $20-25/hr 

HOURS: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Is This Your Dream Job? As the Learning Department Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the organization’s learning and development department.  You will serve as a point of contact for staff and schedule all of their necessary internal training.  You will be a liaison for external partnerships and assist with client needs.  You are passionate about social causes and ready to dive into a team who serves their community.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • 2-5 years of Administrative experience, including calendaring, scheduling, expense reports and data entry
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • High energy personality with a diligence to complete work efficiently
  • Strong organization skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Microsoft Suite proficiency
  • Sensitivity to cultural dififerences

How You Will Spend Your Day:

  • Providing administrative support and coordination to learning and development department, including calendar management, travel and meeting arrangements
  • Handle phone lines while also writing correspondence in the forms of letters and emails
  • Act as a liaison between staff, external partners and clients
  • Build relationships with other departments within the organization, recruiting participants for the learning and development programs
  • Design and implement trainings for staff that align with the organizations mission
  • Build measures for analyzing program  data, and effectively share results
  • Coordinate trainings and measurements for performance review process
  • Adhere to all laws and policies regarding confidentiality, ethics, contractual agreements and the like
