We are currently in search of 2 Event Assistants for a Healthcare Association. The position is based in Washington DC. This is a temporary assignment.
ORGANIZATION TYPE: Healthcare Association
LOCATION: Washington, DC
POSITION TITLE: Event Assistant
DURATION: 3-5 days
SCHEDULE: September 21-25th, including the weekend
HOURLY PAY: $14.00/hour
Is This Your Dream Job? The event assistants will provide on-site registration support including checking in guests, stuffing gift bags and helping attendees find rooms.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Must be fully available Friday-Sunday (9/21-9/23); additional availability on Monday and Tuesday a plus
- Prior event support experience preferred
- Organized and friendly
- Professional demeanor with a can-do attitude
How You Will Spend Your Day:
- Checking in attendees at registration
- Stuffing gift bags
- Providing directions
- Organizing materials as needed
- Other tasks as needed
