We are currently in search of an Administrative Assistant for a Healthcare Organization. The position is based in Bethesda, MD. This is a full-time, temporary to permanent assignment.

ORGANIZATION TYPE: Healthcare Organization

LOCATION: Bethesda, MD

POSITION TITLE: Administrative Assistant

DURATION: Temporary to Permanent

SCHEDULE: 37.5 hours/week

HOURLY PAY: $15.00 – $17.00/hour

ANTICIPATED SALARY: $35,000-$38,000

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of office experience required
  • Comfortable answering phones
  • Prior experience with event coordination a plus
  • Proficiency with Raiser’s Edge and/or Donor Drive a plus
  • Available immediately

How You Will Spend Your Day:

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Distributing mail
  • Tracking office supplies and order new supplies as needed
  • Assisting with event planning
  • Other tasks as needed
