How it started

In the summer of 2012....

Careers In Nonprofits Founder Nurys Pedersen launched the "I Love My Job" campaign.

Her goal was simple...

To encourage job seekers to demand more from their 9-5.

"Say yes," Nurys said. But only to a career aligning with what's in your heart.

Ever since, "I love My Job" has evolved into a work movement doing just that.
