We are currently in search of a Nonprofit Foundation Database Administrator for a Health Foundation. The position is based in Naperville, IL.
ORGANIZATION TYPE: Health Foundation
LOCATION: Naperville, IL
POSITION TITLE: Nonprofit Foundation Database Administrator
DURATION: Temporary- ongoing
SCHEDULE: Fulltime
HOURLY PAY: $15.00 – $19.00/hour
Is This Your Dream Job? This position supports the Manager of Development by assisting with gift processing, donor acknowledgements, managing Raiser’s Edge queries, exports, and mailing lists. The Nonprofit Foundation Database Administrator will also be responsible for reconciling books and reports with the Accounting Department. This is a great opportunity for someone who is currently unemployed and looking to start a new position ASAP.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years of development experience
- 3+ years of Raiser’s Edge experience
- Prior experience with MS Office Suite required, proficiency in Excel a must
- Ability to manage donor pipelines and follow-up communication
- Organizational skills with high attention to detail and time
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple projects required
